This two-way clamp saves floor space over a traditional stand yet still provides a full range of positionability: a tilting arm and rotating/re-orientating clamp make it possible to achieve those quirky angles that other mounts can't match. Not only is the Gibraltar SC-UGC super flexible, it's also built like a tank — its steel housing locks onto whatever stand you mount it to, and its hinged clamps make repeat setups a trivial affair. This makes a great "rainy day" clamp even if you don't need it today. Each side accepts 5/8" – 1-1/4" tubing for near-universal acceptance of most major cymbal and tom arms.
