Evans B13ECSRD EC2 snare heads combine Edge Control technology with two plies of film to produce durability, playability, and a pre-EQ’d sound that is well suited for both recording and live performances. The addition of a specially designed patch on the reverse dot model lends extra durability, focus and attack in the center. Low tunings produce a highly characteristic crack while upper tunings create an un-choked pop tone without diminishing dynamic range.
