JB MUSIC & SPORTS officially opened its newest branch on March 8 with a blessing held at Space C, Fersal Hotel Building, Rizal Avenue Extension, Bancao-Bancao. Music lovers and fitness enthusiasts in Puerto Princesa now have a brand-new destination to explore sound, instruments, and gear.

This marks the 29th branch of the well-known music retail brand in the Philippines bringing top musical equipment closer to artists, performers, and hobbyists in Palawan.

According to JB Music & Sports President Jerico Fernando, the idea to open in Puerto Princesa came from a simple but meaningful conversation with a musician while he was visiting an island.

He shared that as a premier tourist destination, they found the market needs accessible entertainment and music resources for the local community.

The store carries top brands across multiple categories—from musical instruments and microphones to speakers and sound equipment, offering customers some of the top three brands in each category available in the market.

But beyond convenience, the goal is to create a place where musicians can truly experience the gear. “For music, we want people to feel the products, hear the products, and get technical support. That’s why a physical store is important. Online is there for convenience, but if you really want the best option, that’s why we are here.”

JB Music Puerto Princesa is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including Sundays.
