AREA MANAGER - JB MUSIC & SPORTS (For Metro Manila South & Cebu Branches):
•Male or Female
•Graduate of any 4-year Business course.
•at least 30 yrs. old
•Computer Literate
•Must have at least 5 yrs. extensive experience in retail industry handling several branches
•Possesses strong leadership and management skills.
•Self-driven and goal oriented. Flexible, dynamic, adaptive and can work under pressure.

HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER: To oversee 2 prominent boutique hotels in Baguio and Cebu both with Managers.  Degree holder, 5 years related experience w/ outstanding records from previous employment (verifiable), highly respectable, good character and attitude, an effective leader and motivator, w/ sense of ownership, service oriented w/ good public relations, willing to stay in two locations.  Experience in F & B is a big plus.

HOTEL FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (Baguio) : Degree holder, experience in hotel or fine dining restaurant, will handle dining and kitchen menu planning,  a chef, good verifiable employment records, effective leader and motivator, service oriented and hardworking.

SALES & MARKETING OFFICERS:  Coll. Grad., With at least 3 yrs+ work experience in the same capacity in a DeLuxe Hotel Comp. proficient. Professional w/ excellent motivating skills and pleasant personality.

SYSTEM SUPPORT ASSISTANT: Male. At least 25 yo. Grad. of BS IT/CompSci/ Comp. Eng’g. Prior exp. in POS (RPro/IFCA) hardware / software maint. Sys.& data base admin. Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN Network troubleshooting, MS SQL Server 2000, Linux, PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Flash, etc.. Expected candidate must be trustworthy & professional. Exp. in hotel/restaurant & retail operations an advantage.

ACCOUNTING/AUDIT STAFF: M/F, at least 25 yo. Preferably single. Grad. Of BS Accountancy. With 2 yrs.+ acctg./audit work exp. in HRM/retail setting. Computer literate, proficience in IFCA/RPro/HRIS payroll system an advantage.

CEBU PROJECT: URGENT

PROJECT ENGINEERS: Licensed Civil / Sanitary / Electrical / Mechanical Engineers. Will be responsible for the preparation of detailed engineering studies and plans, bills of materials, etc. Will be responsible in coordinating design, and construction management, implementation and commissioning of simultaneous projects. With min. of 4 yrs experience in actual construction or at least completed a 4 storey bldg.

CADET ENGINEERS: Civil/Sanitary/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Grad. W/ min. of 2 yrs experience in actual construction or at least completed a 4 storey bldg.

STOREKEEPER-INVENTORY CLERK: M/F. With engineering course . Min 1 yr experience in construction work.

ASST. STOREKEEPER: Male. Graduate of any 4 yr course. Minimum 1 yr experience in construction work.
